Tecan Connect offers users the ability to monitor a range of Tecan instruments connected to their network. Each instrument's current status is clearly displayed, indicating whether it is idle, running, requires user interaction, or has encountered an error. Real-time push notifications provide timely updates on significant events.

Additionally, Tecan Connect serves as a trigger for IFTTT (If This Then That), thereby expanding access to a growing array of compatible services. A notable feature is the integration of a live webcam stream within the mobile app, allowing users to visually monitor their instruments directly from the lab.

The application employs HTTPS technology to ensure secure and encrypted communication. Pairing instruments is streamlined through the simple process of scanning a 2D code with a mobile device.
